Our history

IBA-Sensorik GmbH looks back on more than 30 years of success. Founded in Seligenstadt in 1988, the company initially operated as a distributor for renowned brands such as Honeywell, GHI and DuPont – Berg Electronics. From the very beginning, the focus was on strong partnerships and a broad product portfolio that continued to evolve over time.

Over the years, IBA-Sensorik GmbH has continuously expanded its capabilities. Today, the company is a leading manufacturer of sensor solutions, supplying not only standard products but also offering customised developments, prototypes and customer-specific sensor manufacturing.

From the ongoing expansion of its product range to consistently high quality standards — documented, among other things, by TÜV certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1996 — IBA-Sensorik GmbH remains closely aligned with market requirements. The move to the modern facilities in Mainhausen in 2015 further underlines this philosophy of efficiency, quality and innovative strength.
